Try treating yourself with kindness and see where it takes you.
For example, instead of telling yourself, “I can’t believe you made that mistake. You’re an idiot!” Try this: “You made a mistake, and it’s ok. You’re human. Now let’s brainstorm what to do next.”
Talking to yourself with kindness will serve you so much better than being cruel to yourself.
You are fabulous, you are worthy and you deserve to be spoken to with respect by everyone. Including yourself.
